Private 1:1 Training

Are you struggling with:

Basic obedience skills such as sit, down, wait, walking well on leash and come when called?

Foundation exercises, such as crate training, house training, threshold awareness and handler focus?

Issues like separation anxiety, fear aggression, dog aggression, mouthiness and leash reactivity?

In private 1:1 lessons, we will observe and assess specific behaviors you are experiencing with your dog.  We will then design a training plan and teach you how to communicate with your dog through guidance, leadership and consistency.

In the initial session,  we may introduce your dog to new equipment and show the dog that we can guide them to make better choices with clarity.   You will learn to guide your dog without the use of powerful physical force, yelling, or any heavy handed techniques.  We love to focus on the entire family and the importance of getting the whole family on board.  Your dog will learn to listen and respect everyone in the household. This program includes a training collar if needed.

The initial 1:1 training session is approximately 2 hours.  Follow-up sessions are recommended in 1-2 weeks for 1-1.5 hour(s) to continue the progression of your training and build new skills for you and your dog.

$1075/1 (2 hr) initial session and 4 (1-2 hr) follow up sessions

This program must start and end in 60 days.  If you have 2 or more dogs, additional dogs are half the program price.  There must be a separate handler for each dog in training.

If additional sessions are needed at the conclusion of this program, we will move to per session pricing.

Extended Private 1:1 training Remote collar + cost of an E-collar
$1,350/8 (1-2 hrs) weekly sessions

Remote collar training is also available to help you create an invisible leash.  We only recommend and use E-Collar Technologies remote collars for the consistency and reliability of stimulation and equipment.  We will condition your dog to understand what the gentle “tap” on the receiver means, for each command at the dogs lowest perceivable level.  Remote collar training can give peace of mind to families and freedom to your dog. The remote collar is purchased separately. $250 – $325 for a 1 dog unit. E-collar Technologies have systems available up to 4 dogs.

The Extended Private 1:1 Training with Remote collar program must start and end in 90 days.  This package includes a lifetime aftercare program.  If you are committed to putting in good, solid and consistent work, we will be there with you, if the going gets tough.
